I study how intelligent systems shape intelligent work, with a focus on what actually happens when emerging technologies move from promise to practice. I am particularly interested in the practical consequences of AI once the hype subsides and organizations must implement, adapt, and take responsibility for its use.
I see AI as both an opportunity and a responsibility, where efficiency is easy to measure, but judgment is harder and ultimately more important.
