Free parking from May 20-22 is available at two places:

First. Baker University Center Surface Parking Lot (Lot 122), as shown in the map / refer to #3 in the map below

Second. Ohio University Inn (if you are staying there) / refer to #5 in the map below. It’s around a 10-minute walk from the Ohio Univ Inn to the Walter Rotunda or the Grover Center, where the conference will be held. We encourage the staying attendees, if possible, to leave their cars at the OU Inn and walk to the campus, and enjoy a short walk in Athens in beautiful May.

Also, there is overflow (paid) Parking available at the Baker Center Garage (under the Baker Surface Parking Lot), it is shown as #6 in the map below.

Find your Conference Location:

Pre-conference Dinner on May 20th: 5-minute walk from the Baker Surface parking lot. Park at the Free Baker Surface Parking Lot (#3 in the map below) and walk to the Baker University Center (tall building next to the parking lot), take the escalator or the elevator to the fourth level, walk out, continue walking straight on the court street, and take a left on the President’s Street. Muck Business Annex (#4 in the map below) is next to Copeland Hall. Dinner is in room Muck Business Annex 108. Refer to the human icon shown walking towards #4 using dotted lines in the map below.

Conference Day 1 (May 20th) and Day 2 (May 21st): A 3-5 minute walk from the Baker surface parking lot (#3 in the map below). Park at the Free Baker Surface Parking Lot (#3 in the map below) and walk south across the street to the Grover Center (#2 in the map below) or the Walter Rotunda (#1 in the map below). Refer to the human icon shown walking towards #2 and #1 using dotted lines in the map below. Keynotes, breakfast, and lunch on both days will be in Walter Hall (#1 in the map below), paper sessions will be in Grover Center (#2 in the map below). Refer to the high-level program schedule to find the right room.

Note: Please remember to dress in layers, as the campus buildings might be slightly colder than normal due to ongoing plant maintenance.
