• Have you encountered any new challenges as a result of implementing AI technologies, and what future challenges do you anticipate as AI continues to evolve?
• How do you see AI affecting the workforce in your organization—are you experiencing or expecting major changes in roles, responsibilities, or staffing needs?
• What skills or areas of knowledge do you believe college students should focus on to stay competitive in a workforce increasingly shaped by AI and digital transformation?
