Interested in joining the lab?

Prospective Undergraduate Researchers-

We welcome motivated undergraduate students who are interested in gaining lab experience in neuroscience and vascular biology. Students in the lab learn fundamental research skills, contribute to ongoing projects, and participate in lab meetings and conferences. If you are interested in joining the lab, please email nielsenc@ohio.edu with a brief description of your background, interests, and availability.

Prospective Graduate Researchers-

Students interested in pursuing graduate research in the Nielsen Lab should choose and apply to any of these programs- Biological Sciences Graduate Program or Translational Biomedical Sciences Doctoral Program or Molecular & Cellular Biology Graduate Program at Ohio University. We encourage prospective students to email nielsenc@ohio.edu to discuss research interests and potential fit with the lab before applying.
