Jacob E. Morgan
PhD Candidate, Ohio University

I am a PhD candidate in the Department of Biological Sciences at Ohio University. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Wildlife and Conservation Biology at Ohio University in 2020. After I graduated in 2020, I worked as a wildlife care attendant at a wildlife rehabilitation center in Pittsburgh, PA, for two years. My current research focuses on using radio telemetry to better understand the avian movement ecology of sparrows that overwinter in the Midwest, including Slate-colored Juncos, American Tree Sparrows, Field Sparrows, White-throated Sparrows, and White-crowned Sparrows.
