Ohio University-Athens locates in a small town at the the edge of Appalachian mountains where it is surrounded by the Wayne National Forest. Over 30% of the campus area is planted with numerous trees, of which the most famous ones are the OHIO's renowned cherry blossom trees, followed by many oaks and maples. Here it has a clearly-separated four seasons. The temperate weather with good water condition developed a beautiful and peaceful living environment. The city, Athens, has received the title of Best College Small Town for many years. It offers an exceptional opportunity for young people to live and study.
