**Early Bird Registration:

Late Registration:
$795.00 | April 1, 2026 through May 17, 2026

Guest Rates**:
Reception – Sunday, June 7, 2026
$35.00 / per guest

Banquet – Tuesday, June 9, 2026
$100.00 / per guest

Both Reception and Banquet
$125.00 / per guest

*Registration includes reception on Sunday, June 7th and banquet on Tuesday, June 9, 2026

Your registration is payable by VISA, Mastercard, Discover or American Express, electronic check (e-check) or by purchase order.

If payment will be by purchase order, please contact Cindy Mayle directly at maylec@ohio.edu.

Participants will receive a full refund prior to Tuesday, April 14, 2026.

Refunds will be given, minus a $100.00 administration fee, granted upon cancellation notice received between April 15 – April 30, 2026.

No refunds will be given after Thursday, April 30, 2026.
