Kevan Frazier, Ph.D.
Executive Director
Western Carolina University Programs in Asheville
Dr. Kevan Frazier serves as the Executive Director of Western Carolina University’s Programs in Asheville and is a former member of the History faculty and administration at the University of North Carolina at Asheville.
With twenty-five years in higher education, he has served in different leadership roles in Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, and University Advancement.
Today, as a branch campus administrator, Kevan acts as WCU’s chief community and economic development officer for metro Asheville, NC.
