Calling all senior leaders from regional and branch campuses: Share your insights at RBCA 2026! We’re seeking proposals that showcase strategies and best practices for advancing student success and empowering campus leaders.

The Audience

RBCA 2026 is designed for regional and branch campus leaders serving as chief academic and administrative officers—titles may include Campus President, Provost, Dean, or Campus Director.

The conference also welcomes leaders aspiring to higher levels of branch campus administration. Attendees engage in formal presentations, panel discussions, roundtables, and informal networking to advance their professional growth.

The Format

Formal presentations: 30, 45, or 60 minutes

Panel discussions: Featuring representatives from 2–3 institutions

Facilitated presentations/roundtables
Presentations should focus on strategies, best practices, and leadership challenges.

No presentation should spend more than a few minutes about the presenters’ campus to provide context with the balance of the time focused on issues, strategies, and management.

Proposal Topic & Themes

We invite proposals that share expertise in academic and administrative leadership, including but not limited to:

Sharing challenges 
Exchanging strategies 
Shaping the future 
Leading without direct authority 
Aligning campus identity with system-wide strategy 
Community partnerships and workforce alignment 
Supporting staff morale and capacity in lean times 
Decision-making amid ambiguity 
Navigating competing priorities: central office and local needs 
Innovation within constraints 
Technology, AI, and student servicesStudent Services

Proposals on broader topics of interest to branch campus leaders are also encouraged. Examples may include:

Community Partnerships
Enrollment Management
Sustainable Campus Models
Use of CRM Tools
Workforce Development

All proposals will be reviewed by the conference committee. Selection is based on relevance, applicability across multiple branch campus environments, audience interest, and overall quality.
