We will be providing coffee, tea, and snacks during the Thursday evening reception and on Friday and Saturday morning. The reception and the Friday poster session will also feature a cash (credit) bar. We will provide one free drink ticket for all attendees who are at least 21 years old, which can be used on either day.
For everyone who registered by the regular deadline of May 1st, free lunch on Friday is guaranteed. For those who register late, lunch may or may not be available. The deadline to register for the banquet was May 1st.
Meal submission forms are closed as of May 1st due to the need to provide final numbers to catering. If you registered for the conference or banquet prior to the regular registration deadline but did not submit a meal information form, your meal(s) are still guaranteed, but we cannot guarantee you receive your preferred entree.
